Can someone please explain to me how it's constitutional - not to mention ethical, moral, etc. - to have Congress pass legislation legally and in the open where we can see it has happened...only to have the President add a signing statement to it that says "I don't have to do this if I don't wanna..." ???
Did the founding fathers have that in the Constitution or the Bill of Rights?

Hope isn't Naive...We see what is and work together to change it.
There was a time when I was young, when John, Bobby,Martin...they were alive...and Hope...you could feel it in the air.
Did we know President Kennedy was Human. Of course we did. Anyone looking honestly in the mirror at them Selves knows for certain that we are all human...all fallible.
But our Spirit is something else. We are all One. Even Quantum Physics is proving that.
We see what is...and know we can change it...together.
We envision a new day...and know we can co-create it.
