Can someone please explain to me how it's constitutional - not to mention ethical, moral, etc. - to have Congress pass legislation legally and in the open where we can see it has happened...only to have the President add a signing statement to it that says "I don't have to do this if I don't wanna..." ???
Did the founding fathers have that in the Constitution or the Bill of Rights?
Ron Paul knows what he's talking about, that's for sure.
