If - as Dickens said in A Tale of Two Cities - 'It was the best of times, it was the worst of time'... then for the Oligarchs - the Power Elite - it was the best of times.
For the vast majority of We the People, across the planet, it has been the worst of times.

NYTimes Blows The Whistle On Drug Industry's Dirty Tricks
Amazing.
Here's a petition to remind the president about his promise not to put people in positions of power and influence in our agencies who come right out of the very corporations and entities that they are tasked with policing, monitoring, and having the teeth of enforcing the regulations and laws we have put in place.

This is about allowing or not allowing the practice of putting these folks in these positions, no matter what we think. Actually, it is assumed that we DON'T think? Is that true? Did our Courage fall through the sofa cushions in front of the TV? Well, reach under the couch and

and resolve it, move it forward, work on it..together.
